Do you know when you want to shift your pet from one destination to another by air, your pet has to be placed on an IATA approved crate? It is an important rule to be followed to transfer your pet safely by plane.
Airline Travel Pet Crate Specifications
For some cases, we can provide pet transport by train. We strictly follow the IRCTC guidelines for pet transport service. According to IRCTC, a pet can transport in AC-First Class or First Class in 2-berth Coupe or 4-berth Cabin exclusively.
Locations We Transport Your Pet
The airline company ensures that your pet can travel your destination safely. Therefore, they have outlined some crate specifications.
Your dog must check in to the airport 3 hours before with the crate.
The container size must be as large as it allows your pet to move, stand, turn, and lie down.
The kennel must be made of durable material like sturdy plastic and is safe.
The container has good locking system and has attached water and food bowls at the front door.
Make sure the animal can feed and drink from the outside container easily.
The container must have enough room for ventilation.
The container must have a sticker of at least one inch on the top with a message of “Live Animal”.
The container must have the pet’s name and the owner name with contact information. If the flight is international, a health certificate of the dog must be attached to the container.
